1. How many days does the order take?

Usually it takes 5–7 working days.

2. Can I return or exchange the product?

We offer a try-on upon delivery service.

• When your order arrives, you may try it while the courier is present.

• If you are satisfied, you can accept the order and make the payment.

• If not, you may return it immediately with the courier and only pay the delivery fees.

• For Visa/Mastercard payments, refunds are processed via Instapay after reviewing the returned product. Simply provide your Instapay number to us.

Once the courier leaves, we cannot process any returns or exchanges.

3.How should I wash the dress?

We recommend handwashing with cold to normal water for the best care.

4.How should I iron the dress?

A steam iron is preferred to maintain the fabric’s quality and appearance.
